Taylor Swift’s largest tour ever just got a little bigger when she added three new dates to the Canada leg, with opener Gracie Abrams.
As of now, the tour is set to conclude in Vancouver in December 2024.
On Thursday night, she kicked off the international leg of the tour with a sold-out crowd in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The Eras Tour and its concert film adaptation have made over $178 million, and the concert tour added $4.3 billion to the country’s gross domestic product, according to estimates. The tour has sold more than $700 million in ticket sales to date.
The Eras Tour is Swift’s most expansive to date and spans 149 shows across five continents. The show is three and a half hours long, with a set list of 44 songs. Divided into ten acts, the show pays tribute to each other Swift’s albums over the years. As of August 2023, it stands as the highest-grossing tour ever undertaken by a woman and the second highest-grossing overall.
With the release of her latest re-recorded album 1989 (Taylor’s Version), Swift has officially achieved billionaire status. According to a Bloomberg analysis, Swift’s net worth has reached $1.1 billion. But as this number was calculated based on “assets and earnings that could be confirmed or traced from publicly disclosed figures,” Swift’s real net worth is likely a lot higher.
