Taylor Swift performed for a crowd of “Swifties” on Good Morning America Thursday morning, and teased that a 1989 stadium tour would soon be announced.
"I am gonna be going out on tour very soon! We're in the early stages of planning the actual show," Swift told Robin Roberts on her Good Morning America visit. "I'm excited about announcing things when I can announce them, but it's going to be happening!"
During her time on GMA, Swift performed her NYC anthem, "Welcome to New York." All proceeds from the song will benefit New York City schools.

"I’m still learning [about NYC] but I’m so enthusiastic about this city that I feel like when I love something, I’m very vocal about it,” Swift, who was recently named a Global Welcome Ambassador" for the city, said earlier this week. "I just go around going like, ‘Everybody, New York is amazing.’ So I think they just picked up on that and they gave me, like, a title.”
Swift also performed her single "Out of the Woods" – the song that's supposedly about her ex-boyfriend Harry Styles of One Direction.
