After months of speculation, Taylor Swift has finally shared that Camila Cabello and Charli XCX will be the opening acts on her “Reputation” tour.
Since announcing that she would be doing a North American tour back in November, Swift has been keeping quiet about the details of who would be joining her as an opening act. However, last week, she shared a video on her Twitter that she would be joined by Cabello and Charli XCX.
She ends the video by saying she is “really excited about the whole thing in general.”
The two opening acts have also shared their excitement about the news all over their social media. Cabello also shared the announcement video, as well as a Snapchat video of her running around her house singing to celebrate the tour. She wrote, “on every level, this is a dream come true as a fan, i’m going to be singing every song at the top of my lungs as a friend.”
Charli XCX also shared her excitement on Twitter, thanking Taylor Swift for having her.
She also jokes about being the “bad influence” while on tour with Swift and Cabello.
It is still unclear if both performers will be at every concert, but details will be announced as the tour comes to a closer date. There is already conflict in scheduling as the “Reputation” tour overlaps with Cabello’s own European “Never Be The Same” tour, which starts on June 5.
Swift’s U.S. “Reputation” tour will start on May 8 in Glendale, Arizona, and will end on October 6 in Arlington, Texas.
