Taylor Swift’s The 1989 World Tour brought her to the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, on Sunday night.
Swift had hit the stage at the Ziggo Dome in an embellished multi-color jacket over a glittery cut-out crop top and a pleated purple skirt. As she continued her performance, Swift ditched the jacket and swapped the skirt for a pair of high-waisted black shorts, giving the crowd an energetic show.
Swift also gave the Amsterdam crowd a shoutout on Twitter after her performance, calling them one that she’ll “never forget” and promising to return to the city.
Swift kicked off The 1989 World Tour in Tokyo in May and will be launching the U.K. leg of her tour Tuesday before heading to Canada and the U.S. in July.
While touring the world, Swift made time to write an open letter to Apple, explaining her reasons for withholding her 1989 album from Apple Music during its free three-month trial period, during which time the company planned to not pay artists. As a result of Swift’s letter, Apple decided to change course and pay artists on a per-stream basis.
“I did reach out to Taylor today, and talked to her, and let her know that we heard her concerns, and wanted her to know that we were making changes,” Apple’s Eddy Cue told Re/code. “She was thrilled to hear from us and that we were making the change, and we were grateful for that.”
