Taylor Swift hosted yet another listening party for her latest album 1989 at her California home.
Swift invited a number of her diehard fans – known as Swifties – to get an early listen of her forthcoming pop album titled 1989, the year the singer-songwriter was born. The #1989SecretSessions event introduced the lucky fans to Swift, her father and her beloved cat Olivia Benson.
Swift posted a pair of photomontages of the listening party on her Instagram page, as well as a number of other images with members of her devoted fanbase.
Swiftie John Grande took to Instagram with a picture of himself with his idol, writing, "You can put today down as the greatest day of my life. Taylor Swift personally invited me and many others into her home to play us the whole 1989 album. It was the most amazing thing I have ever heard and she is one of the most amazing people on this earth. Even better, she is wearing my bracelet and listened to my whole life story. Thank you so much Taylor, you always have my heart #1989secretsessions #taylorswift @taylorswift."
Swift's dad Scott Swift got in on the photo action too, taking the opportunity to photobomb his daughter while she was posing with a trio of fans. "To see my dad photo bombing is to see him at his happiest," Swift wrote on Instagram.
In the caption for another snap, Swift hinted that there would be more opportunities to meet her, writing, "Thanks to everyone who illuminated my night and my life. #1989SecretSessions PS there are so many other things coming up and I can't wait to meet you."
