Taylor Swift doesn’t like her best friend Selena Gomez getting back involved with Justin Bieber, so she’s allegedly decided to take a step back from their friendship.

Taylor Swift Distancing Herself From Selena Gomez

Swift, who hasn’t made much of a secret of her less than warm feelings for Bieber, is disgusted that Selena looks poised to take him back, sources told Us Weekly. She’s so against the romance that she’s apparently icing out her former best friend.

Gomez & Justin Bieber's Reunion

Lately, Gomez and Bieber haven’t been shy about rekindling their romance. Bieber apparently flew Gomez to McAllen, Tex., last Friday, where the two hit up local join Don Pepe’s and browsed the flower selection at LA Imports. Later on in the trip, the two headed to a dance studio, where they practiced a choreographed routine to John Legend’s “Ordinary People.”

Gomez also accompanied Bieber to his surprise performance at his manager, Scooter Braun’s, event at the SXSW festival. While Bieber dedicated his song “As Long as You Love Me” to Gomez, the “Come and Get It” singer listened from backstage.

While the reunion between Gomez and Bieber has annoyed Swift, her issues with Gomez allegedly began when she began to realize that her BFF had used a fling with her other good friend, Ed Sheeran, to make Bieber jealous. "After Selena pulled that move, Taylor started distancing herself," a source told Us.

Taylor put her true feelings about the on-again-off-again relationship between the young pop stars fully on display backstage at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, when the two shared a kiss on the cheek.

Though its unlikely the “Red” singer will be coming to the defense of the relationship anytime soon, a friend of the singer claims that Swift has remained a good friend to Gomez throughout the drama. “She has not cut her off,” a pal told E! News, adding that Taylor thinks of Gomez as a little sister.
