Taylor Kinney’s Mom, Pamela Heisler, Says She Loves Lady Gaga

Taylor Kinney attended the 2016 People’s Choice Awards with his mom, Pamela Heisler on Wednesday, and Heisler shared her feelings about future daughter-in-law, Lady Gaga.

Kinney’s mom was asked about her first meeting with Gaga, and revealed that it was actually during a troubling time. “It was actually a sort of somber one,” Heisler told ET. “My mother had passed away and [Gaga] came.”

“She was the sweetest thing that ever was,” Heisler recalled. “When [Taylor] said she’s coming, I said, ‘No, this isn’t a good time.’ And she came, and she was a sweetheart.”’

“I loved her from the moment I met her,” the mom said.

Gaga and the Chicago Fire star got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2015, and both families are now fully integrated. The couple have yet to confirm wedding details.

“We don’t have an exact date yet,” Kinney shared last October, adding that they were still deciding over whether their nuptials should be a destination occasion or based in NYC or L.A.

However, Kinney’s mom shared one thing about her own dress for the wedding. “[It will be more] subdued,” Heisler admitted.
