Taylor Armstrong, 'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' Star, Engaged To Lawyer John Bluher

Taylor Armstrong, star of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, is engaged to her lawyer beau John Bluher. The couple was enjoying a romantic getaway in Mexico when Bluher proposed.

Bluher reportedly got down on one knee on the beach at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort on Aug. 22 at sunset and popped the question with an Ari Soffer diamond ring.

“The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort is where we fell in love, it was the perfect choice for this wonderful occasion. Taylor was beautiful and never stopped smiling! It was an amazing evening, a ten all round,” Bluher told Us Weekly of the engagement.

Armstrong tweeted about the joyous occasion on Saturday, Aug. 24.

Armstrong has not kept her happiness with Bluher a secret, saying that he made her the happiest she’s ever been.

“I am so much happier than I have ever been. I never thought I would feel this way. John and I have an equal respect for one another. We have a real friendship and partnership,” Armstrong told E! News in Feb.

Armstrong was previously married to Russell Armstrong, who committed suicide in Aug, 2011. The two were in the midst of a divorce filed by Armstrong, in which she claimed her estranged husband had been physically abusive.

Armstrong has a seven-year-old daughter, Kennedy, from her relationship with her late husband. In a recent tweet thanking fans for their congratulations on her engagement, Armstrong mentioned her daughter, writing, “Kennedy and I are blessed to have @JohnBluher in our lives.”
