Tara Lipinski, the 1998 figure skating gold medalist, skated her own version of The Big Lebowski music video with Jeff Bridges for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
Filmed in New York City’s Rockefeller Center, Lipinski’s version of the video to Kenny Rogers’ “I Just Dropped In (to See What Condition My Condition Was In)” dazzled host Jimmy Fallon. Clad in a bathrobe, white v-neck shirt and sunglasses, Lipinski twirled around the ice while holding onto a White Russian cocktail.
In the music video for the 1998 movie, Bridges as “The Dude” dances about a psychedelic bowling alley, which features long-legged women in bowling pin headdresses. For his final act, he floats between their legs down a bowling lane and earns a strike with his curly-haired head.
Lipinski, who remains the youngest individual medalist to take home the gold at the Winter Games, filmed the performance as part of the farewell celebration for Fallon – who’s moving to The Tonight Show – and to welcome the start of Sochi 2014.
