Talent Agency WME Denies Dropping Meghan Markle After Widespread Reports

Following months of rumors that the Hollywood talent agency William Morris Endeavor (WME) dropped Meghan Markle as a client, it has been confirmed by the agency that Markle has not been let go.

In contrast to reports that Markle had been dropped for being “too demanding,” a representative for the agency has announced that, “WME continues to represent Meghan and Archewell.”

The Hollywood Report quoted industry insiders, “Everyone’s terrified of Meghan. She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice…she’s just terrible.” Another source reported, “She’s absolutely relentless. She marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders. I’ve watched her reduce grown men to tears.”

Markle has denied all allegations, labeling them to be ploys in an orchestrated smear campaign.

WME represents Markle and Prince Harry’s brand and supports Markle in her film and television endeavors, brand partnerships, and general business affairs. Markle signed with WME in 2023. WME has multiple high-profile celebrities signed including Dwayne Johnson, Serena Williams and Brie Larson.

Markle’s Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, is set to launch next Tuesday. Last week, Markle announced that the show’s lifestyle business, originally named “American Riviera Orchard” had changed the brand name to “As Ever” due to trademark issues.

Despite the launch of With Love, Meghan, it has been reported that the brand’s various products will not be available to purchase until months after the show is released.
