Newlyweds James Lowder and Katie Young had a wedding crasher of epic proportions photo-bomb their wedding photos — a giant T-Rex.

Though the rest of the Myrtles Plantation-set wedding was traditional, Louisiana-based wedding photographer Quinn Miller had an idea to create a fun wedding photo for the couple. He discussed the idea of photo-shopping the T-Rex with dinosaur-loving Lowder, a friend of his from Louisiana State University. Lowder loved the idea and persuaded his bride and the wedding party to participate.

Miller, 22, gave the wedding party specific instructions for the photo: “Run right at the camera, away from the T-Rex, as passionately as you can. I need to see fear and actual running, not lame faces and power walking.” He later photo-shopped the dinosaur behind the “terrified” wedding party and posted it on his business’s Facebook page, where it has been shared over 4,400 times.

The photo was later published on the popular website Reddit with the caption: “So, things got a little crazy at my friend’s wedding.” Since being posted, it has received so much attention that it appeared on the homepage. Miller found out that the photo had gone viral from friends who forwarded him links from different websites talking about it.

Lowder and Young, however, are currently on their honeymoon without any clue that their wedding photo has gone viral. Miller is sure that they will be thrilled. “He loves dinosaurs, they’re a fun and laid-back couple,” Miller told Today. The couple’s family has been monitoring the photo’s popularity and looks forward to sharing the news with them.

“I don’t know that I’ll ever shoot a more fun wedding,” Miller told the Mail Online.
