Sutherland Charges Dropped

Kiefer Sutherland and fashion designer Jack McCollough, who claimed that the 24 star head-butted him and broke his nose, have resolved their differences and the charges against the actor have been dismissed. Sutherland apologized for May 5 incident which took place after the MET Ball at a Manhattan club. "I am sorry about what happened that night and sincerely regret that Mr. McCollough was injured," Sutherland in a statement. Sutherland's problems may not be over though: L.A. police are investigating the incident as a possible violation of his probation. (Photo: WENN)
