Susan Boyle, 53, revealed that she has her very first boyfriend, an American doctor she met while on tour in the US.
Boyle became an instant star when she auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent in 2009 and revealed that she had never been kissed.
Five years later, Boyle has not only had her first kiss, she now has her first boyfriend.
“It’s very early days so we’ll see what happens. I hope he comes over [to Scotland]. I don’t want to say any more about who he is right now as that would be unfair on him. All I’ll say is we are around the same age and he was a very nice guy,” Boyle told The Sun.
The doctor reportedly approached her at a luxury hotel sometime during the singer’s recent US tour, and was a “perfect gentleman.” Though Boyle refused to name her doctor boyfriend, she did say that the two shared a romantic lunch date and that he is planning to visit her in Scotland.
