Stephanie Seymour, the former Sports Illustrated and Victoria Secret’s model, is set to be back in front of a Connecticut judge to decide whether she can enter a program to dismiss her drunk driving charge.
A judge is set to decide whether it will be allowed for Seymour to enter the state’s alcohol education program, which includes several weeks of classes or treatment and can lead to charges being dropped.
The former model was booked on charges of a DUI after police said the 47-year-old backed into another car on a highway exit ramp in Greenwich back in January. Seymour was also charged with hitting a utility pole and leaving the scene of an accident the same day.
Her attorney team believes the model will be granted permission to attend the alcohol education program.
