Stormy Daniels & Michael Avenatti Make Up & Attend AVN Awards In Las Vegas

Stormy Daniels may not be grabbing headlines every week as she did for much of last year, but she is still out and about.

On Saturday, the 39-year-old porn star attended the Adult Video News (AVN) Awards alongside lawyer Michael Avenatti in Las Vegas.

Avenatti also gained attention last year as the attorney for Daniels. The pair sued President Donald Trump over a sexual encounter Daniels and Trump had in 2006. They claim the former Apprentice star never signed their non-disclosure agreement about the affair. Shortly before the 2016 election, Trump and his former longtime personal lawyer Michael Cohen infamously paid Daniels $130,000 to keep quiet about the affair. Cohen implicated Trump in the payment in a Manhattan, New York court in August and was sentenced to three years in prison last month.

Trump has since been locked in a heated Twitter feud with Daniels and 47-year-old Avenatti. Last fall, Avenatti was arrested following domestic violence allegations brought by a New York actress. The attorney denied the claims against him. He and Daniels also reportedly developed a tense relationship following the allegations and also allegedly got into an argument over the fact that Avenatti allegedly filed the defamation lawsuit against Trump without her approval, as it was reported in November.

According to indy100.com, Daniels mocked Trump with a NSFW joke at the AVN Awards, saying the president should have attended the ceremony because he “f—ed more people than anybody.”

The Daily Mail also reported that Avenatti took his own jab at Trump by mentioning special counsel Robert Mueller, who is investigating Russian interference during the 2016 election, including possible collusion between Trump campaign officials and the Kremlin.

“It’s an honor for me to be here tonight because Bob Mueller and I were co-nominated for an award tonight,” Avenatti joked. “It’s a joint award. It’s ‘Best Domination of a Sitting US President’.”
