Steven Spielberg’s Daughter, Mikaela Spielberg, Announces Career In Adult Entertainment

The 23-year-old Mikaela Spielberg, daughter of Steven Speilberg and his wife Kate Capshaw, explained in a recent interview with the U.S. Sun how memories of abuse and her relationship with her body led to her decision to launch into a porn career.

“I suffered a lot of grooming. I feel like the abuse I went through wasn’t super intense, but it still had a long-lasting impact, because it had me questioning ‘What is my body? What is it to have a body and exist in a body safely? Also, what is it to be an emotional human being and not have it taken advantage of?'” she told the magazine.

Mikaela announced on Wednesday that she will star and produce her own porn videos and is working to obtain a Tennessee stripper’s license.

Mikaela claims that she has a close relationship with her parents and that they have been supportive of her decision. She broke the news to them over FaceTime and said they were “not upset” but “intrigued.”

“I have amazing parents that had their struggles with me, I’ve had my fights and struggles with them, but it’s only out of fear that people sometimes care incorrectly because they want you to be alive and safe,” she said. “They are some of the least spiteful people I know. I love them so deeply.”

She stated that employment in the sex industry has helped her feel satisfaction after all of the hurdles she went through as an adolescent. As a teenager, Mikaela suffered from anxiety, depression, and an eating disorder while she attended boarding school.

“I got really tired of not being able to capitalize on my body and frankly, I got really tired of being told to hate my body… And I also just got tired of working my day to day in a way that wasn’t satisfying my soul. I feel like doing this kind of work, I’m able to ‘satisfy’ other people, but that feels good because it’s not in a way that makes me feel violated.”

She first announced her porn career on her social media outlets, stating that her end-goal is to earn enough money from the opportunity so that she will no longer have to rely on her father’s income. She emphasized that she views her new career as a “positive, empowering choice… And it was actually really nice and refreshing to have people saying cool things – because people can often say really upsetting things about a black women’s body sometimes.”
