The cast of the Netflix series Outer Banks posed together at the Regency Village Theater in Los Angeles on Thursday for the premiere of the highly-anticipated third season.
Outer Banks is a teen drama series that debuted on Netflix in April 2020. The show is set in a coastal town along the Outer Banks of North Carolina where there is a social divide between the wealthy vacationers and the working-class locals. The groups are nicknamed “Kooks” and “Pogues,” respectively.
The series centers around a group of Pogue teenagers who attempt to find out what happened to the missing father of the group’s ringleader, John B.

During this journey, they discover that treasure is somehow related to John B’s father.
While trying to locate the treasure, the group is also hunted down by law enforcement and a wealthy group of Kooks.
Season 3 starts with the Pogues stranded on a deserted island. As they race for the treasure, they must also run from antagonists Ward and Rafe as well as a ruthless group that lives on the island.
Season 3 is set to premiere on February 23.
