SPLIT: Sofia Vergara And Nick Loeb Now Single

Modern Family star Sofia Vergara is single, according to the New York Post. Vergara, 39, who plays the wife of Ed O'Neill's character on ABC's Emmy-winning comedy, split from boyfriend Nick Loeb over the weekend.

"They have been fighting a lot recently and have been on the brink of splitting many times. It is not yet clear if they are over for good, but they are done as a couple for now," a source claimed.

Vergara, who hosted Saturday Night Live in April, was recently spotted — looking stunning as always — at the 2012 Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. Check out her dress:
