Geri Halliwell is pregnant for the second time at age 44, with her new husband Christian Horner whom she wed last year. The former Spice Girl has a child, 10-year-old Bluebell, from her previous relationship with former producer Sasha Gervasi. Horner is already a dad to a 3-year-old from a previous relationship.

The big news was revealed in an Instagram post on Halliwell’s account with the caption, “God bless mother nature. #mamaspice.”  The news was later confirmed to British tabloids. “They are delighted to announce they are expecting their first child together,” read a statement issued by Halliwell’s representative to The Sun. “The couple is overjoyed with the good news and cannot wait to welcome the newest addition to their family.”

Halliwell will be going on tour with Mel B and Emma Bunton for a Spice Girl reunion tour in the coming months. Former Spice Girls Victoria Beckham and Melanie Chisholm declined to join in on the reunion.

Halliwell met her husband Christian in 2014, and they become engaged in November 2014. She walked down the aisle in May 2015 at St Mary’s Church in Woburn, England, in front of family and close friends. Also in attendance were only two of her bandmates – Mel B and Emma Bunton.
