The cast members of Game of Thrones, both old and current, attended the premiere of season eight at the Radio City Music Hall last week. GOT star Sophie Turner walked the red carpet with husband Joe Jonas. It was a festive event for fans and the cast alike who adore the show. Lines were long even if you were early, and the actual premiere was delayed for over 50 minutes due to speeches and retrospective footage. Kit Harington, the actor who plays Jon Snow, had to leave early due to hosting duties at SNL. Lena Headey, the actress who plays Cersei, unfortunately couldn’t attend due to sickness. For people who couldn’t attend the premiere don’t worry, Game of Thrones returns on April 14, and the game begins again.
