Solange Knowles: Playboy Party at The Bud Light Hotel Lounge
Solange Knowles married her longtime boyfriend, video director Alan Ferguson, on Sunday.
Knowles and Ferguson tied the knot Sunday in New Orleans in front of roughly 200 family members and close friends, according to People magazine. The nuptials took place at the Louisiana city’s Marigny Opera House.
Knowles arrived at her nuptials on a white vintage bicycle alongside Ferguson. She wore a cream pantsuit by Stephanie Roland that featured a plunging v-neck and cape. Ferguson, meanwhile, wore a white suit and decided to forego a tie.
“Beaming. Calm. They looked pretty calm, relaxed on their wedding day,” one onlooker told People. “Definitely happy.”
Beyonce attended her sister’s wedding with her husband Jay Z and their daughter Blue Ivy. Knowles matriarch Tina Knowles attended the wedding, as did Solange’s son Daniel Julez and fellow singer Janelle Monae.
On Friday, Knowles and Ferguson had a rehearsal dinner and party at New Orleans’ Indywood Cinema.
Knowles first married when she was just 17 to Daniel Smith, with whom she has son Daniel Julez.
