Solange Knowles and Crown Royal Golden Apple celebrate their new partnership for Saint Heron, an artists’ institution founded by Knowles and named after her 2013 album Saint Heron.
The Texas native announced the new partnership on her Instagram account and shared pictures of her posing in front of an emerald background, wearing a leather top and skirt, while carrying what looks to be a glass filled with Crown Royal.
The partnership comes after Knowles asked to collaborate with glassblower artist Jason McDonald and launched their work under Saint Heron.
Last week, they launched a glassware collection called Small Matter Art Objects: Handblown Glassware 001.
“The glassware reveals the sentience of household objects through the landscape of Black domesticity,” Knowles wrote in one of her earlier announcements of her collaboration with Saint Heron.
Knowles’ glassware collection debuted last week and has reportedly already sold out.
