Sofia Richie Recovering After Getting Black Eye In Wakeboarding Incident

Sofia Richie is recovering this week after getting a black eye in a wakeboarding accident. 

The incident happened last week while she was on vacation with friends. She posted a series of photos on Instagram of her in a stunning red dress that showed off her sleek figure. She captioned it, “Wakeboard: 1, Sof: 0.” 

The bruising can be seen very clearly under her eye and she even showed a close-up of it in a video.

She paired her outfit with dangly gold earrings and a black Chanel purse. She wore her hair slicked back and looked very classic while on the boat. 

The star additionally shared a few more photos while on the beach. She adorned a neon yellow string bikini and a green sarong. She completed her look with sunglasses and, once again, her hair slicked back. In the other photos, she shared the magnificent views of the beach and some shells that she collected.

She has been frequently posting while on vacation, including more pictures of her swimming, eating and paddleboarding with friends. 

Richie has always been well-known as the daughter of pop icon Lionel Richie, but her fame took off recently after she married Elliot Grainge in France. She is currently trending on TikTok, as many fans call her today’s “it girl,” and posts many “get ready with me” videos. Her slicked-back hair seems to be her favorite style – she even wore it at her wedding, becoming synonymous with her “clean girl” style.
