Social Media Fans Make Hilarious Memes Of Trump’s “Get Me A Coke, Please” Audio Recording With Michael Cohen

Last week, an audio recording was released of President Donald Trump discussing hush-money payments to former Playboy model Karen McDougal — with whom Trump had an affair in 2006 and 2007 — with his personal lawyer Michael Cohen.

During the recording, as Cohen is explaining some of the logistics of the payout, Trump is suddenly heard yelling “Get me a Coke, please!” and the phrase has since spawned hundreds of jokes from people on social media who found the order to be out of place.

Many users were surprised that Trump — who is known for his brash and disrespectful behavior — even said the word “please,” while others simply decided to make memes and other jokes about the president’s desire for a soda. Trump is known for consuming unhealthy foods like hamburgers and KFC, so his preference for Coca-Cola is not particularly shocking. Trump has even tweeted about Coke multiple times, having once written “I have never seen a thin person drinking Diet Coke.”

Some of the jokes were also shared by CNN, one of the top networks Trumps despises most.
