Snooki Welcomes Baby Boy Lorenzo

MTV's Jersey Shore family welcomed a new member to its raucous Seaside circle this weekend: Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's six-pound baby, Lorenzo Dominic LaValle, born on Sunday, received an outpouring of support from cast and fans of the show on Twitter. "So happy for Snooks and Jionni, can't wait to meet the newest addition to our 'Shore' family, Baby Lorenzo! Uncle Pauly is ready to teach the lil' dude how to DJ!" co-star Pauly D tweeted, adding the funny hashtag #MyMeatballHadAMeatball.

But the most euphoric expressions came from the proud parents themselves. Snooki, who had called her unexpected pregnancy and ability to reproduce "very scary" in the past, was ecstatic. "Being a mom is an amazing feeling!!! I love my little man to death! Jionni is such a cute dad," Snooki tweeted. "I'll never forget old high school memories or the vacations I been on with my boys, I will also never forget 8/26/12 the day my son was born!" fiance Jionni wrote. Snooki and Jionni also received love from cast mates Deena Nicole, Sammi, Mike "The Situation" and JWoww, who offered breathing-and-pushing advice, fashion recommendations for the newborn, and overwhelming affection. "@snooki & @JLaValle make sure you Get me the baby shoe size, start dressing him in some #Jordans ASAP!! Congratulations!#BabyLorenzo," Ronnie tweeted.
