Sir Elton John And David Furnish Welcome New Baby Boy

It's a Christmas miracle for Elton John and David Furnish. The couple welcomed their first son, Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John, into their family on December 25, when he was born via surrogacy in California.

"We are overwhelmed with happiness and joy at this very special moment," John and Furnish told Us in a joint statement. "Zachary is healthy and doing really well, and we are very proud and happy parents."

The couple married in 2005 after 12 years together. A rep for the two said that they intend to protect the privacy of the surrogate and will not release any details of the arrangement. —ISHITA SINGH
