‘The Simpsons’ Poke Fun At 2016 Presidential Election With ‘3 A.M. Call’ Parody Ad

On Saturday, The Simpsons released a short video campaign parody ad on YouTube.

The clip, titled 3 a.m. Call, begins in Homer and Marge’s room. During the ad a narrator says, “It’s 3 a.m., and the phone’s ringing in the White House, who do you want to answer that call?”

Hillary Clinton is shown telling her husband, former President Bill Clinton, that from now on all calls will be for her.

Donald Trump on the other hand rejects the emergency call from he Situation Room to finish a tweet. When he does answer he takes too long getting ready and misses the emergency.

The ad closes with the narrator: “Paid for by Americans who are really starting to miss Obama.”

The satirical short can be seen below.
