Sia Announces Her Separation From Husband Erik Anders Lang

Sia has announced that she and husband of two years Erik Anders Lang are separated.

The couple wed in 2014, and their relationship has been kept very under wraps by the notoriously private singer/songwriter. Lang is a lesser known producer on films and documentary programs.

“After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple,” the shy Australian pop star told People. “We are, however, dedicated to remaining friends. There will be no further comment.”

Sia, meanwhile, received two Grammy nominations for the 2017 Grammys for Best Pop Vocal Album for This Is Acting and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Cheap Thrills.” The Grammys will air on January 12 on CBS.
