Shia LaBeouf was arrested again over the weekend for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and obstruction.
In footage caught by a cop’s body-cam, the actor was seen berating the officers with vulgar language. He calls one a “f–king b—h” and a “dumb f–k.” Then, to a black officer, “You’ve got a president who doesn’t give a s–t about you. And you’re stuck in a police force that doesn’t give a f–k and you. So you want to arrest what, white people who give a f–k?”
He continued shouting while being put in handcuffs. “I’m a f–king American, I pay my taxes, get these s—s off my f–king arm.” While the actor’s statement claims that he tried to ask a police officer for a cigarette and was subsequently arrested, but according to police, LaBeouf “became disorderly, using profanities and vulgar language in front of the women and children present.”
LaBeouf repeatedly yelled that the “cuffs are too tight” and asked “why am I in custody,” according to video footage.
LaBeouf has had issues with law enforcement in the past. He was caught for stealing at ages 9 and 11, attempted to stab a neighbor, refused to leave a Walgreens, and was booked for misconduct during a performance of Cabaret.
