It was a rough week on Dancing With The Stars. Aside from lost shoes, injuries and hospitalizations, the popular ABC dancing show said goodbye to View co-host Sherri Shepherd, who left the ballroom in a flurry of tears. "Thank you for letting me live a dream that I've always had," Shepherd said.
Shepherd and partner Val Chmerkovskiy won the fewest number of votes after Monday's night of dancing, though it was contestant Gladys Knight whom the judges scored the lowest. Knight and bottom two frequenter Gavin DeGraw were told early on in the hour-long broadcast that they were safe from elimination, building suspense as to which higher-scoring contestants would be up for elimination.
That turned out to be Shepherd and Disney Channel star Roshon Fegan, who said he was not expecting to be in jeopardy. "I thought we were pretty good," Fegan said, "But I guess you never know."
Stars William Levy, Katherine Jenkins and Jaleel White are among those who remain in the running for the title of Season 14 winner.
