Shawn Mendes Wins Four, Including Best Song, At MTV EMAs [Full Winners List]

Shawn Mendes found himself on top at the MTV Europe Music Awards on Sunday, earning four.

SHAWN MENDES WINS FOUR AT MTV EMAS

The 2017 EMAs took place in London for the first time in 21 years, and saw the 19-year-old win Best Song, Best Artist, Best Canadian Act, and Biggest Fans during the ceremony. Taylor Swift, on the other hand, won none of her six nominations.

The evening was hosted by Rita Ora, who at one point sported a bath robe and towel on stage. Jared Leto‘s band Thirty Seconds to Mars won Best Alternative Act, and the singer used his time on stage to speak about immigration in the US. “We are Americans, a land of immigrants, and we just want to say we welcome you with open arms and open hearts and we love you,” he said to the crowd.”

Mendes, Stormzy, The Killers, Demi Lovato, and Camilla Caballo all performed as well.
