Sharon Stone showed everyone up as she stepped onto the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival, ahead of the premiere of The Story of My Wife.

The actress wore a whimsical, blue tulle gown with a train that trailed behind her as she walked. The Dolce & Gabbana dress had several visible layers and groups of brightly colored flower designs that winded up the bodice. Stone’s sleeves hung around her upper arms for a sleeveless effect.

The Golden Globe winner, who has been a prominent face at the Cannes Film Festival since 1992, posted several photos on her Instagram, showing off her stunning dress.

On another, she wrote, “This is what dreams are made of.”

This year, Stone will act as host for the 27th annual amfAR Gala, which supports the foundation’s AIDS research. The event takes place at the end of the Cannes Film Festival every year and will be held on July 16. The actress has long been involved with the organization and posted a graphic for the event on Instagram.
