Syfy’s third Sharkado installment officially has a title – Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! – and a summer premiere date.
Shaknado 3: Oh Hell No! was chosen, as creators felt like it appropriately captured the campy nature of the made-for-TV B movie.
“We wanted this third title to boldly go where no shark movie has gone before,” Chris Regina, Senior Vice President, Program Strategy said in a press release. ”Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! embraces the larger-than-life irreverence that has made these movies so popular and entertaining.”
Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! returns Sharknado and Sharknado 2: The Second One stars Ian Ziering and Tara Reid. It was revealed in the release Wednesday that Baywatch star David Hasselhoff had joined the growing list of cameos, which include Michele Bachmann, Mark Cuban, Ann Coulter, Jerry Springer, *NSYNC’s Chris Kirkpatrick, and more.
Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! will premiere on Syfy Wednesday, July 22.
