New mom Selma Blair, 39, has a lot to be skipping about. Just two months ago, the Kath & Kim star gave birth to her first son, Arthur Saint, with her longterm boyfriend, fashion designer Jason Bleick.
Just this weekend the duo took their newborn to Griffith Park in Los Angeles, where they were caught cuddling up to each other and the little man. Blair is still thinking about her career even while enjoying the glow of motherhood. The Sweetest Thing star has been hitting the gym to work off the baby weight she put on. "Now I'm at the point where I can exercise, so I will start Pilates again and Bodyline, and I have a trainer. I've been following Alicia Silverstone's diet stuff, too," she said of her friend and Clueless costar.
"I am not fabulous," she told E! Online when she attended New York Fashion Week. She didn't forget the spirit of the evening, even while critiquing the condition of her bod. "I'm relying on beautiful clothes to mask what is happening to my body. And no, I have not lost any baby weight yet," she said.
But Blair has been motivated to start thinking about fashion in a different way, as geared toward new moms. She wants to design a line of clothes that will make the post-pregnancy period a comfortable time. "It's that difficult time between giving birth and getting back into your pre-pregnancy clothes," she told Grazia magazine. "I am finding nothing fits me anymore. Plus, I don't have time to go out shopping for clothes!"
