Pokémon GO remains one of the highest grossing mobile games, and developer Niantic continues to support the evergreen title as they promised they would. Pokémon Trainers can currently encounter critters hailing from the multimedia franchise’s first three generations, but one Pokémon genealogy in particular will be the centerpiece in the second Pokémon GO Community Day.
The Dragon-type Dratini and its evolutions, Dragonair and Dragonite, are the focal point for the next Community Day, which will occur on Feb. 24. Trainers who manage to successfully evolve their serpent into its final stage during the event will find that it will learn the powerful Draco Meteor attack.
Niantic reminds Trainers, however, that “Fast TMs and Charged TMs will not grant exclusive moves during Community Day.” Instead, your Dragonite can only procure the elusive move if it’s naturally caught or evolved sometime during the Community Day’s duration.

Additionally, Trainers who attend the event will discover a few other bonuses. The amount of Stardust obtained by catching Pokémon will be tripled, and lures will remain active for three hours throughout the event.
If you elect to travel across the land on Feb. 24, Niantic implores you to share your photos and experiences on social media with the #PokemonGOCommunityDay hashtag. Finally, if you were curious which of the three teams caught the most Pokémon during January’s Community Day, the Articuno-themed Team Mystic did. Team Valor came in second, with Team Instinct placing third.
