Scott Eastwood looks like the spitting image of his father Clint Eastwood during his early acting days in a recent – mostly shirtless – photo shoot.

Scott, 27, appears alongside a blond female model in the nautical-themed Town & Country shoot. Due to appear in the October issue of the magazine, the spread features Scott without his shirt on below decks, and enjoying a cigar lounging above with his blue and white checked shirt unbuttoned.

The handsome son of the Million Dollar Baby actor aspires to parlay his movie star genes into a career in Hollywood – something that hasn’t been as easy for him as one might think. "People assumed that I would have everything handed to me, but that couldn't be further from the truth,” he told Town & Country. “I was on my own just doing the grind.”

"I want to be a man's man — not a kid actor or a glitzy pop star but a no-bulls–t leading man," he further explained. "As a director and an actor, my dad's motto is 'Tell the truth.' The only way of doing that is having life experiences and being a storyteller."

Eastwood made his motion picture debut in his father's World War II film Flags of Our Fathers. He also appeared in the filmmaker's Trouble with the Curve. The younger Eastwood’s career has picked up in 2013, with roles in Texas Chainsaw 3D and TV series Chicago Fire. He has a number of features in postproduction, including The Perfect Wave, Mercury Plains and Dawn Patrol.
