Scarlett Johansson's Nude Photo Hacker Appears In Court

Christopher Chaney, the suspect in the notorious "Operation Hackerazzi" case that sent private, nude photos of actress Scarlett Johansson sailing across the internet, plead not guilty Tuesday at his first court appearance in California. Chaney, 35, who is from Jacksonville, Fla., has been indicted on 26 counts, including unauthorized access to a computer and wiretapping. If convicted, he faces up to 121 years in prison, E! News reports.

Chaney was arrested on October 12 and released from a Jacksonville jail on a $10,000 bond. At Tuesday's hearing U.S. Magistrate Judge Patrick Walsh denied federal prosecutors' request to keep Chaney in custody but added $10,000 to his bond. Chaney will wear an electronic monitoring device when he returns home to Florida. A trial has been scheduled for December 27.

In addition to hacking Johansson's private e-mail account, Chaney also spied on Mila Kunis, Christina Aguilera and dozens of others.
