Scarlett Johansson & Romain Dauriac Call It Quits After Two Years of Marriage

Scarlett Johansson and husband Romain Dauriac have split after two years of marriage.

Johansson and Dauriac began cropping up together in 2012 but did not publicly confirm their romance until November of that year. They became engaged in September 2013. The couple tied the knot in a secret wedding in Montana in 2014. Just before the wedding, Johansson gave birth to their daughter, Rose Dorothy.

The actress was seen at the Women’s March in D.C. sans wedding ring last weekend. She was married once before to fellow actor Ryan Reynolds from 2008-2011. He is now married to Blake Lively with a daughter.

“Scarlett initiated splitting up and made the decision,” a source told Us Weekly. “She felt like they didn’t have much in common as far as lifestyle.” Despite the official break up news, the couple was spotted together at an art exhibition at New York City’s Simon Lee Gallery, where she was not wearing her engagement or wedding ring.

It has been reported that the actress has hired celeb divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who represented Reynolds in their 2011 divorce.
