Babe of the Year Scarlett Johansson gets to go home to Sexiest Man Alive, husband Ryan Reynolds.

The Green Lantern star has been crowned with People's annual honor, beating out the likes of Johnny Depp to join past winners like George Clooney and Brad Pitt. "You just have to go with the flow," the actor, 34, said in reaction to the honor. "This gives my family entrée into teasing me for the rest of my life."

Even with wife of two years Johansson sharing a similar title, Reynolds knows he isn't off the hook to be mocked gently for a good while. "Now it's going to be, 'Sexiest man, take out the garbage.' That does sound better," he said. "The most difficult part is going to be organically working this title into a conversation with random strangers."
But Reynolds is humble about the good looks that got him onto the cover. "My body naturally wants to look like Dick Van Dyke," he said. "When I stop training, I turn into a skin-colored whisper." Jon Hamm, Matthew Morrison, Jon Bon Jovi, Robert Downey Jr., Justin Timberlake, Vin Diesel, and Jake Gyllenhaal also appear in the issue. –AMY LEE
