Ryan Reynolds suffered an on-set injury during the shooting of his new superhero flick Green Lantern on Monday in New Orleans. While filming an action scene, Reynolds reportedly separated his shoulder. "He is in lots of pain," a source told Us Weekly. "He’s been keeping ice on it."
Other sources say Reynolds’ "minor injury" will not delay or interfere with production as the film is still set to premiere on June 17, 2011. Clips of the DC Comics film adaptation of Lantern will be showcased in San Diego next week during Comic-Con 2010. It is unknown whether this injury will affect Reynolds’ possible appearance to promote the movie. –Natthakan Garunrangseewong
