Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe shot scenes for their new movie The Nice Guys in Highland Park, Calif., Thursday afternoon.
For the day of filming, Gosling paired khaki pants and a Hawaiian shirt over a tight white tank top while rocking a bold gold chain. As for Russell’s more toned-down look, he sported blue jeans and a light blue jacket with aviator sunglasses perched atop his head.
In the Shane Black-directed detective thriller Gosling and Crowe play a private eye named Holland March and his muscle Jackson Healy, respectively. They’ll work together in The Nice Guys to solve the suspicious death of a fading porn star and find a missing girl, reported Deadline.
The Nice Guys also stars Matt Bomer, Kim Bassinger and Yaya DaCosta. The film is slated to hit theaters June 17, 2016.
Gosling’s other upcoming projects include the still-untitled Terrence Malick project that also stars Michael Fassbender, Christian Bale and Natalie Portman. As for Crowe, he’s recently wrapped shooting ensemble drama Fathers and Daughters, which is slated to his theaters later this year.
