24 star Kiefer Sutherland, who was charged Thursday with third-degree assault for head-butting designer Jack McCollough at a nightclub last week, says he's disturbed by the coverage of his role in the incident. "We are troubled by the untruthful and self-serving information circulating regarding Kiefer Sutherland and events of last Monday evening," Sutherland's attorney Michael Miller said in a statement. "Kiefer Sutherland will not be making any comment." McCollough, who designs the Proenza Schouler fashion line, suffered a broken nose in the incident. Police are seeking to question actress Brooke Shields as a witness in the case. (Photo: WENN)
