Ruling On Murphy's Cause Of Death Is Deferred

The Los Angeles Coroner’s office has released Brittany Murphy’s death certificate just nine days after her death, according to E! News. The cause of death is listed as “deferred,” and the toxicology report has yet to be released to the public. Murphy’s cousin, Tayebe Pajooh, is listed on the certificate as the informant, while Murphy’s estranged father is listed as unknown. Suspicion still looms over her sudden death. Theories from drugs to her weight have been suggested in the tabloid media. The full set of tests on Murphy’s body will be released in the upcoming weeks. –KEVIN KHASIN
