New evidence has been released about former New York City mayor and Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani over allegations that he raped and sexually harassed a former employee.
Audio tapes show Giuliani making vulgar remarks about a woman who is suing him for $10 million. Noelle Dunphy filed a complaint in May accusing Giuliani of forcing her to have intercourse and oral sex with him. She also stated that he made remarks that were racist, sexist and antisemitic while she worked for him in 2019.
Giuliani has denied all the allegations against him. He is claiming that any relationship between himself and Dunphy was consensual and that she is after his money.
The transcripts from the court reveal the lewd comments Giuliani made towards Dunphy.
On March 12, 2019, Giuliani said, “Come here, big t—. Come here, big t—. Your t— belong to me. Give them to me (inaudible). I want to claim my t—. I want to claim my t—. I want to claim my t—. These are my t—.” He continued, “These breasts belong to me. Nobody else can get near these, okay? I don’t care if they’re flirting or they give you business cards. These are mine, you got it? Understand? I’m very f—ing possessive. I’ve gone easy on you.”
In the tape, Dunphy replied, “I don’t know” and “you’re pretty tough on me.” Giuliani then demanded, “Give them to me,” and she responded with “maybe.” The tape cuts off there.
In additional recordings, Giuliani told Dunphy, “I want to own you.” He additionally called her “my b—” and “you’re my whore. You’re my f—ing slut.”
In a transcript from March 4, 2019, Giuliani and Dunphy were engaged in role-play with Dunphy acting as his “little girl.” Giuliani stated, “Let the doorman wait outside to bring in the luggage. Wait, wait. We need a little time alone. Yeah, I need a little time alone with my girlfriend here. With my daughter. … With my little girl.”

Another recording from August 18, 2019, shows Giuliani on a rant about Dunphy where he said she was “so smart” and he believed she had “so much potential.” He continued to go into detail about his “tremendous attraction to [her] physically.”
In additional transcripts, Dunphy’s allegations about antisemitic comments are confirmed in the tapes. Giuliani stated that he believes Jewish people should “get over the Passover” and “Jewish men have small c—-s because they can’t use them after they get married.”
Dunphy is alleging that Giuliani “took advantage of [her] reliance on him to manipulate her into an unwanted sexual relationship,” the lawsuit alleges.
