In an ongoing legal battle and feud with ex Blac Chyna, Rob Kardashian has been denied primary custody of their daughter Dream Kardashian –  for the time being. A Los Angeles judge overseeing the case threw out an emergency ex parte motion from Rob, which accused Chyna of inappropriate and negligent parenting. In the legal documents associated with the motion, Rob’s legal team alleged that the model would spend $600 on alcohol daily, would regularly abuse cocaine, and would often throw dangerous objects towards people, which would include lit candles and knives.

Rob, along with his sister Khloé Kardashian, also alleges that Chyna’s behaviour has been rubbing off on Dream. She has supposedly taken up swearing, acting “aggressive” towards other children, and, “naked twerking, [along with] acting out sexual positions that she said her mom taught her.” Rob wanted to use these allegations to not only receive primary custody of his daughter, but also to have Chyna take a drug test before every she is to see Dream and to have a nanny supervise every visitation.

In response, Chyna’s legal team called the motion, “absolutely absurd,” and that Chyna was taken aback by Rob’s desire to change custody arrangements. The former couple had previously agreed to split their time evenly with their daughter. “Chyna is an excellent mother who loves her son King Cairo and her daughter Dream Renee more than anything in this world. The current custody arrangement for Dream agreed to by Rob long ago is working perfectly fine. Dream gets to spend very special bonding time with her brother King and also time with her dad, who unquestionably loves his daughter very much,” said a lawyer from Chyna’s legal team to E! News.

Although the emergency motion from Rob’s legal team has been denied, the custody battle is still ongoing.
