Riley Keough attended the world premiere of her new Prime Video TV series Daisy Jones & the Six in Los Angeles on Thursday night.

This was her first red carpet-appearance since the death of her mother, Lisa Marie Presley, on January 12.

Keough went with her husband, stuntman Ben Smith-Petersen, and wore all-black Schiaparelli Couture. She paired the outfit with matching gloves and emerald-green earrings.

She stars in the series as Daisy Jones, the co-lead singer of a fictional 70s rock band loosely inspired by Fleetwood Mac that fell apart due to fame and complex relationships. It is based on the best-selling novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid and follows the rise and fall of the band, ending with a final sold-out show at Soldier Field in Chicago.

For the show, the cast had to be able to pull off believable concert performances. Keough gave credit to the series’ music team that included Tony Berg and Blake Mills. She explained that the cast went on a grueling band camp where they were taught how to perform all of the songs.

Keough’s grandmother, Priscilla Presley, is suing to remove her as the executor of her mother’s estate.

Daisy Jones & the Six premieres on Prime Video on March 3. New episodes will be released every Friday through March 24.
