Will Britney Spears be forced to say Oops? One of Spears’ ex-bodyguards, Fernando Flores, is planning to file a lawsuit against Spears, 29, for sexual harassment, according to TMZ. Additionally, Flores alleges that Spears abused her children on several occasions.
Flores, who worked for Spears part time, details several incidents of harassment in the lawsuit he plans to file this afternoon. On one occasion he notes, Britney "was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]." In another, Spears reportedly asked Flores to come to her room, where she was nude and "after an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up."
More troubling are Flores’ allegations of child abuse. He details a time Spears asked for his belt and proceeded to "savagely hit the small child [Preston]" with it. Another time, he claims Spears forced her children to consume crabmeat, though they both have serious fish allergies. Flores’ complaints earlier have been met with derision by those around Spears. In better news, the singer has an episode of the comedy Glee dedicated to her music this season. –AMY LEE
