Rep. Ronny Jackson, Accused Of Illegally Dispensing Drugs At The White House, Demands Biden Take Drug Test Before Debate

Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-Texas) said he planned to send a letter requesting President Joe Biden take a drug test before Thursday’s presidential debate against former President Donald Trump.

“I’m going to be demanding on behalf of many millions of concerned Americans right now that [Biden] submit to a drug test before and after this debate, specifically looking for performance-enhancing drugs,” Jackson said during an interview on Fox News. “Because we see – we have seen recently in his State of the Union address – that there was a Joe Biden that came out that was not similar at all to what we see on the day-to-day basis for the three-and-a-half years.”

In his State of the Union address, Biden showed powerful energy and delivery.

Jackson suggested that Biden has taken performance-enhancing drugs in preparation for the remarks. Trump even accused the president of being “all jacked up” on cocaine during the event.

The Texas representative said he sent five letters to the White House requesting Biden take a cognitive test, as Trump did while he was president. The test is indicative of Alzheimer’s and other cognitive diseases.

Jackson also speculated that Biden would be taking drugs while at Camp David this week leading up to the debate.

“They have to give him something to help him think straighter. They have to give him something to wake him up to – for his alertness,” he said. “And then he’s been agitated. We see that all the time. And that’s a common – that’s a common symptom or sign of this cognitive disorder that he seems to be suffering from.”

Jackson, former White House physician and medical adviser for Trump, has been accused of lying about Trump’s health for political advantages. He administered the cognitive test to Trump, who claimed he “aced” the assessment.

Jackson was accused of illegally prescribing drugs to staffers at the White House and being drunk on the job.

The debate on Thursday marks the first presidential debate of 2024 and will be held in CNN’s Atlanta studios.
