Reese Witherspoon's New Boyfriend?

Reese Witherspoon has been out to several dinners recently with Jim Toth, a talent agent at Creative Artists Agency. Toth, 39, started at the agency in the mail room and worked his way up. He now works with celebs clients such as Robert Downey Jr., Tobey Maguire and Scarlett Johansson. Witherspoon recently broke up with boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal.

Toth attended to L.A.’s Loyola Marymount University and graduated with a political science major. Like Witherspoon’s famous character in Legally Blonde, Toth was heavily involved in the Greek system in college – a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and the Crimson Circle, he has always been a social butterfly.
