RuPaul, 52, surprised fans and contestants alike on this week's RuPaul's All Stars Drag Race by refraining to send any of the four remaining queens — Chad Michaels and Shannel, who make up the group "Shad," and Raven and Jujubee of "Rujubee" — home.

After a challenge in which each team had to come up with its own original superheroes and which went a long way in disturbing even guest star Elvira (Cassandra Peterson), Raven and Jujubee again found themselves in the bottom slot, which meant they had to lip-sync against one another.

"I did not want to have to lip-sync against Juju," said Raven in an interview. "But I am going to fight for my spot to stay in this competition." The lip-sync-off, set to Robyn's "Dancing On My Own," turned out to be a kind of sweet tribute from each queen to the other, culminating with Rujubee both lip-syncing and dancing together.

"I can't breathe," Jujubee tearfull said after the tense competition was done. "I didn't wanna do that!"

Even RuPaul was moved to make a very uncharacteristic move and let both Raven and Jujubee stay. "Ladies, I've made my decision," RuPaul said at the end of the episode. "You leave me no choice. Raven, Jujubee — shante, you both stay!" Both queens had overjoyed reactions, as did Chad, who yelled, "Yes! Yes!" from backstage.

RuPaul and the other judges are going to have to man up for the next episode, however, as the fact remains that there are still four queens left on the show, and only one can win. "For next week's final challenge," RuPaul told the ladies after the screams of celebration had died down, "no more teams. It's every queen for herself."

Catch next week's elimination on RuPaul's All Stars Drag Race, which airs Monday nights on Logo at 9 p.m. EST.
